The One Thing - Gary Keller

Have you heard the phrase “go big or go home”? Gary Keller in his book, The One Thing – The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results, turns that phrase on its head.

Listen to what Gary says. “When you want the absolute best chance to succeed at anything you want, your approach should always be the same. Go small.” He explains that “going small” means ignoring all the things you could do and instead do what you should do. Narrow your focus.
